First off they actually answer the phone and walk you through your order. I called the part I wanted the wrong thing and the gal sent me a picture and it wasn’t the one I needed and as I discriped what the part looked like she knew exactly what I needed. It only took a couple days to get my part and I am very satisfied with them and the service they offer. I would give them 10 stars for all they did for me and for actually answering the phone and speaking directly to me, I loved that.

Part is a perfect fit for my Trane XE78. My thanks to the staff at KeithSpecialty; the old part that had been in my furnace, while functioning fine for several years before breaking, was actually not the correct part and looked different from this one. They had to convince me this was the correct part. The install was a snap, fit exactly, and is functioning perfectly.
